OfferRadars aggregates opportunities from various third-party sources. While we strive to verify the accuracy and legitimacy of all listings, we do not guarantee: • The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any opportunity • The legitimacy or safety of any featured offer, deal, or opportunity • That any opportunity will be available when you attempt to access it • Any specific outcomes from pursuing opportunities listed on our platform Users are advised to conduct their own due diligence before engaging with any opportunity. OfferRadars is not responsible for any losses, damages, or negative experiences resulting from your engagement with listed opportunities.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the platform for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: • Systematically retrieving data to create a collection, compilation, database, or directory • Making any unauthorized use of the platform, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses • Using the platform to advertise or offer to sell goods and services • Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with security-related features • Engaging in unauthorized framing of or linking to the platform • Tricking, defrauding, or misleading us and other users • Using any automated system, such as bots, scrapers, or data mining tools • Interfering with, disrupting, or creating an undue burden on the platform • Attempting to impersonate another user or person • Using any information obtained from the platform to harass, abuse, or harm another person

The platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by OfferRadars, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. The OfferRadars name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of OfferRadars. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of OfferRadars.

The platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by OfferRadars. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that OfferRadars shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. OFFERRADARS MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIMITATIONS ON APPLICABLE STATUTORY RIGHTS OF A CONSUMER, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION AND LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OFFERRADARS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the platform • Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform • Any content obtained from the platform • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OfferRadars and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: • Your use of and access to the platform • Your violation of any term of these Terms of Service • Your violation of any third-party right, including any copyright, property, or privacy right • Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party

11. Advertising & Monetization

OfferRadars displays advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdSense. These ads help support our free platform and keep it accessible to all users. We do not control the content of third-party advertisements. If you see an ad that appears misleading or inappropriate, please report it to us. Clicking on advertisements may redirect you to third-party websites that are not operated by OfferRadars. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services offered by advertisers. Any transactions between you and an advertiser are solely between you and that advertiser.
